1.2 Million Steps Towards A Cure For A-T
This is an amazing story. It’s about a guy who recently ran 63 marathons in 63 days to raise awareness and help find a cure for Ataxia-telangiectasia, or A-T, a progressive and degenerative disease that affects a variety of body systems.
In case you don’t have a calculator handy, that’s 26.2 miles times sixty-three, or 1,650.6 miles in total… while pushing a stroller, often with a child afflicted with A-T.
This man’s positive attitude and commitment to his goal are awe-inspiring. It shows how any of us can use our passions to find ways to make an impact on the people and world around us.
