I've seen gorgeous homes w pool and landscaping going for 115K thats like a 1/3 of what they were selling for just 2 yrs ago. Maybe realtors know who the REO investors are, how can we find them, advertise? word of mouth? What? I need more info. I think the banks are being over whelmed with these homes, I think the prices will still drop. Give us more info and direction.
