The business really does seem that simple. Right now the fear that is blocking me is confidence and the fear of blowing that first impression. I still feel I need to study more the nuts and bolts because I have only bought 2 houses in the past. Mentor systems seems to have great results and (for my character) I thrive in that type of environment and then when I gain complete confidence I love to teach others who are teachable. I can see you move all around but I can’t hear anything and I have my sound turned up as high as it can go. I had an e mail from Tina Coates because I couldn’t get into the Webinar she said to try low regulation but I was stuck on high regulation any how she said she would send me a copy of the Webinar this week sometime, I also sked her if I needed any special software to get the sound but she didn’t answer me I’m really trying with this course but I keep running into a brick wall. I’ve been to my courthouse and I know how to find the note holders but I also need help with your seminars Truly Jean Smith.

I have purchased the books and dvd and started to read the first book, and I guess I was bit discouraged because of the terminologies that I had to get familiar with. My native tongue is Japanese, so sometimes it can be a challenge for me to learn new words, especially when they are specialized terms. I am glad that I got to see this video, because I do see the concept is not too difficult. I think it is harder to find the sellers, but that could be solved when you work with people with success stories. With their help, I feel the possibility to learn to be a good Note Finder. People always told me that I am one of the hardest working person they have ever met, so I am not afraid to work long hours if it necessary (especially in the beginning), but I have been reluctant to going forward with your program because of a fear I have for not exactly knowing how to implement in the real world. If I can work with experienced people who are willing to share their knowledge with me, I think I can overcome this fear I have. Once I get the good grasp of this business, I would love to help new comers and share the secret that I was given by the mentor. I have been out of work and lost all of my savings with medical bills, so I really need to do something different in my life to get my life back. This video helped me to be motivated and gave me some hope I really needed. Thank you very much.

I beleive that the system works. I have been in the business for a year. I have read the books and have completed the on-line coarse. I receive about two notes a month, and I have not been able to close a deal. I would love to know what I could do different.

Great video! I really don’t know what prompted me to view it. I have been ignoring most emails but for some reason I opened this one and viewed the video. I confess to a great deal of skepticism, but your video has definitely made me more open-minded. I plan to actually read the books, now, so I can talk with these success stories you mentioned. . Some one can hear me well enough to make the sale. i could really do some good by haying a mentor. i have all of the work books of the fast track in cd’s but I still have a big fear of getting out there because of my ability to speak in a tone where as. i had a stroke a couple of years ago and I lost my ability to speak loud with a lot of fear in speaking. I have also run up a really big debt in CC’s. All (3) which are maxed out. So I am so ready to start anew, so if you think that I would be ok I would be a good note finder I would really like the a chance to try with a seasoned note finder

I am new to the business and this video has really helped me to see how simple the process is.
I have to learn to be confident when I contact note holders. I am re-reading the booklets while gathering note holder info from the county websites on the internet.
Tomorrow, I am going to the courthouse for the detailed info on my note holders. Then I will contact them.

This business of finding notes is easy to understand, the video reminded me of that. It almost sounds too good to be true, and that is what makes it a little scary to take the first steps in getting started. As you mentioned and with any business, it’s all about marketing. It is surprising that more people are not doing this! I’m going to finish the 3 Steps Manuals and get back to you. Myself and many others could use a good source of income, and this just might be it! It sounds like you could start without a big outlay of money to get started,…am I right? Thank you for these great videos, very informative and motivating.

I have watched the video and I understood what you were saying. I have read the books and my understanding of the information is good. My fear of getting started is that my confidence is a little low. I, however, will overcome that fear. I am working to putting the finishing touches(a Logo) on my website so that I can start the business as soon as possible. I had purchase the Winning Cash Flow Business package about a 1 year now and I had fear all over me. I was scared I fail or make a mistake. Now 1 year later I’m still in the same place I was a year ago. I finally read the books and look at some videos. You encourage me to go out and take a steps at a time. thank you for the seccion iv been in this biss.for 5mounts now i diden evein read the book not in till two mount jest woundering if it was a joke but now iv been jest reading and calling realestate agents and sending out postail cards and got a call back frome a note holder and he asked me how this works and i told him and we talked and he said he was gowing to post this on my web sit but havent done so thatwas a frw mounts ago and i jest called him back about a week and he said he stii got my info ived bone followed up with the realestate agents and notholders and im relly getting into it but no luck yat and the finding note eazy i dont no whear to go on the sit to look up note holders so thats the only thing thas holding mee back and money im on ssi and about time i finnish paying my bills im broke all over ageain all i do is reed the books and the money i do have i put in the biss for stamps so im hanging in thear and im note gowing to give up but thanks i jest wounted yall all to no whats my problim is in the note biss thank you for listining and i am gowing to secceaed

I have a question. Don’t I have to know how long Bill Buyer has been paying on the Note? So wouldn’t I have to deduct what he’s already been paying? Why cannot I not charge $10,000 for my finder’s fee? Why did he bring it down to $3,000 for the finder’s fee? Wouldn’t I just calculate 4 – 8% and charge that as my finder’s fee?

I just watch the video and I enjoyed it and I know you can make alot of money in the cash flow business. I purchase this program in 2007 or 2008 and i was facing difficulty times with health and financial. I am in a better state of health and i’m looking forward to over come this state of fear. Thanks for the videos they do help. I am in Southern California. I could really use a mentor. I have been working as a R.E. Broker for the last 6 years so the terminology is quite clear to me. Fear is not the problem in my case it is just plain lack of funds. I just need to get the first note listed amd sold. I know that this is the way to go because so many people had to carry paper back to get their property sold. Great video…just recently lost my job and finding another is very difficult. I’ve had the videos for some time now and have been putting off. I like the mentor concept, I will be calling and moving foward immediately. This video was very informative and explained concept in an easy 1,2,3 method. This is a brilliant planned video, perfectly describing the simplistic role of being a note-finder. People could use this video (the first part atleast) to tell others what being a note-finder is about. We are very eager and even more excitied to be working with this company and succeding in the Cash Flow Business.
By the way, A great follow up to this video is another video going just a little more indepth in the area of actually performing a note deal. Giving the manuals we’ve aquired a visual aid of some sort.

Those of us who’ve been on unemployment a great portion of this year have a very difficult decision to make relative to investing in a more personal mentoring program to get up and running quickly. Have you ever considered installment payments to ease the burden of our unpredictable economy for those of us who have very real economic fears due to the shortage of work in many fields these days? Central Illinois is a tough place to live right now. I believe there are notes to be found with the specific knowledge available through your advertised advanced programs. Thanks again for all you offer. I truly believe the note business is my future, I just hope it’s sooner than later.

I have gone and read the course and I was really motivated in the beginning after reading the material. I did what the materials instructed by going to the courthouse, mailing out letters and postcards and such, but I did not have any luck. I did have a couple of leads but that did not pan out so I gave up. Watching your video has lit the fire about the business again. The big reason I feel I gave up so easily was the fear of not knowing how to answer a question, the fear of not knowing what to do. I am going to jump in and start again because I want my family to have the best in life.

This video made alot of sense to me. I’m not the brightest tool in the shed, but this video was clicking with me. However, I am concern, because, even if I find notes, say by going to the county courthouse and such, we still need to talk to the actually owner of the note? I am very concern because I am not a salesmen nor is that what I am looking, so could I just find the note and have someone else actually do the talking/closing for the deal. And, have the profits shared? Also, this whole thing is based on people who want to sell their homes. What, happens if there are only a few homes that are for sell, and there are 20 people who are doing the samething that I am doing. I guess this sounds like alot more work then just the 3 easy steps.

I just viewed the course video and I also have the Russ Dalbey system as well. Everything makes since but, going from theory to real world is the big problem that I am seeing. But, no question, this video made sense and I truly hope that the gentlemen on this video will be able to make more videos a.s.a.p. Especially about finding notes on the internet and outside of the internet.
