Secrets of Attracting Money

Did you know that certain behaviors repel money… and certain behaviors actually attract money to you?
I know, the idea of attracting money almost sounds like “voodoo” but once you put these practices into action, I think you’ll be amazed.
You see, money doesn’t have a brain.
Money doesn’t get to decide where it goes.
Money is governed by certain laws — just like gravity. And those who know the laws will attract money, while those who ignore these laws will always have empty pockets.
I’ve been studying the laws of money for quite some time now and today I’m going to reveal how to attract money.
Secret #1: Money Is Attracted To SPEED.
I’ve noticed that wealthy and successful business owners and entrepreneurs don’t waste time when it comes to putting new ideas to the test.
When they get a new idea, they act on it immediately. If it fails, they move on. But they don’t dilly-dally.
Here’s an example of what I’m talking about:
Years ago, when Lee Iacocca took over the failing Chrysler company, he was walking the factory floor when a couple workers stopped him and suggested that one of their current car models might look better as a convertible.
Iacocca told them to grab a blowtorch and cut the roof off one of the cars so he could drive it around and see what kind of reaction he got from people on the street.
No focus groups. No committees. No meetings. A blowtorch.
Takeaway point: If you want to attract money, get started. Do something. Anything is better than nothing.
Secret #2: Money Is Attracted To CLARITY.
How much money do you want to make this month… this year… this decade?
If you can’t answer those questions down to the penny… then you probably don’t have a set of financial goals on paper.
And you really should. Because money is attracted to people who know EXACTLY what they want.
Another story to illustrate my point:
Back in 1990 when actor Jim Carrey was just a struggling comedian driving a busted up car, he wrote himself a check for $10 million dollars. He wrote on the check “For Acting Services Rendered” and dated the check for Thanksgiving day, 1995. He carried the check in his wallet and just before Thanksgiving day, in the year 1995, Carrey found he was going to receive $10 million dollars to act in the movie “Dumb & Dumber.”
Like I said, some of this stuff can really blow your mind. It almost seems too easy.
But one thing is certain: You can’t achieve what you want if you don’t know what you want.
Takeaway point: “When vision is clear, abundance is near.”
Secret #3: Money Is Attracted To Bold Actions
As the saying goes, “Fortune favors the bold.”
Perhaps you’ve also heard the famous quote from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe — “Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.”
If you want to change your life and achieve massive success, you’ve got to do something different than what you’ve always done. You’ve got to do something BOLD.
Case in point:
You’ve seen the movie “Rocky” with Sylvestor Stallone, right? But did you know that when he first wrote the movie, he was so broke he had to sell his dog — sell his best friend for $25 — just so he had money to eat!
So when a movie studio offered him $125,000 for his script — Sly said “Only if you let me star in the movie.”
They thought he was crazy. And that was certainly a bold move.
But then they called him back and offered him $250,000 — on the condition that Sly would NOT star in the movie.
He turned them down again.
Finally, they offered him $325,000 for the script — again on the condition that some other actor would play the part of Rocky.
But again, Sly turned them down. As I’m sure you know, Sly eventually found someone to let him star in the movie and the film went on to win an Academy Award and make over $200 million dollars worldwide.
Takeaway point: To achieve massive success, make a bold move.

Peace be with you.
I’ve had your program for almost five years now. I’m the person that had the liver transplant 4 years ago and am still having a few set backs over other health issues. Anyway, I still attack this opportunity on my good weeks. I’ve only been able to work two note deals. The first guy backed out and the second one was not as honest with me as I would have liked. Still, I move forward when I can to make that first deal happen. My goal is now as it has always been $50,000 for the first year.
By the way, I’m also well enough now to persue my career again as a Broadcaster and Voice Actor; I just mailed out the first nine packages of 20 seeking employment.
I’ll let you know how this goes as well.

I have been trying to clear my plate of so many obligations. That was my first step. I feel my load having been lightened as of this weekend but I should definitely be freed more timewise after next week. I’m a teacher and have my summers freed. I would love to make an extra $3-6,000 per month.

The amount of money I NEED to make on my first note deal is $3001.01 but no less than $2501.01. I need to make this money on or before April 15, 2010. (Does anyone know why this specific date?) Uncle Sam will be knocking down my door looking for his money! im going to email a prospecting letter to a professional realistate investor who i know personally I meet him by a home improvement contractor who hired me to repair and or install pressure vessell for residential application. also I fixed the realistate investors boiler in his residents some where on south 9 street in brooklyn, and i asked him if he had personal realistate notes and he said he does. and i told him what I do so far I have a good relationship with this invester on my other profession piping and heating safesociety mechanical corporation but slowly but surely I will get and gain some trust with this invester. When this note deal goes thru in 2 weeks or less I will make $4,000. This will be my first note deal after starting this program almost 3 years ago. I have been working with a seller in Chicago since December that started with 5 deals, took the first one within 1 week of closing and the investor pulled out. The next 3 went to another broker who found higher bidders. The last one fell thru after the seller decided to go to a bank. I spoke with the investor who went over the top of the bank and a purchase agreement went out on Saturday. By keeping the lines of communication open I have hopefully saved my first deal and proved myself a hard worker to this investor and the seller who has many more notes.

As for myself my goal for the first deal is 5,301.22 this should be done on 40days plus have 5 deal in the hopper each closing with 2,553.55 or more
For the next 24hrs I will be sending out 100 post cards to note holders plus Look in Graiglist for sale by owners which will take back paper on their offer. Now as we all know that most of the people who are listed in there are brokers why not let them know who and what you are about by sending them your add about your service and how we can help them help their clients

I intend to make $10,000.00 by June 25, 2010.

Goals:
1.
a. 80 acre property with spring water and a 100 ft drop to produce hydroelectric power to supply property;
b. 4-20 acre home sites, private, w/social center available to all as desired; and
c. landscaped for privacy for each site.
2. Dependable vehicle.
3. Income: per month, minimum $3,000; per year, $100,000; and, per decade, $100,000 minimum.
4. Health: fresh air and exercise daily
5. First note deal – $3,500 – by July 1, 2010.

My goal is high. I would like to make atleast 3 notes in 1 weeks, approximately $30,000 a month. I did want to make $10,000. a month, but the more I get involved in it, the more I want. I target the high priced homes first. I email them on craigslist, but nothing yet. I go to many different towns and states Almost everyday. I don’t have a home computer yet. So, I go to the library. Use atleast 2 hours. I am unemployed right now. Like alot of you are. So, I set my goals high. NO MONEY makes it hard.

I have advertised on craigslist, linkreferral, made some calls to appraisers and sent out letters.
I will continue to market to people.

Ok, I have it!
I am going to make $5,000.01 on my first note deal.
I expect to have this money on September 2, 2010 (which happens to be my birthday!) Happy birthday to me!
I am going to study again and get more postcards out using my current leads and by going to the courthouse for more.
