We don&#039;t wanna use 10 dollar words with our customers; they want it simple and straight. I would agree with other bloggers that a DVD with an actual transaction from beginning to end would be the most valuable tool for confidence and comfortability.  GOOD LUCK RUSS!!!!</description>
