No Excuses. Ever.
The past few weeks, I’ve shown you how to find note deals on the net…. and a common mistake that sometimes kills note deals.
If you haven’t seen those blog posts, check ‘em out. Be sure to read through the comments too because a lot of your fellow students added some really smart points.
Today, I want to change things up a little bit.
Because all the education in the world won’t make a darn bit of difference if you don’t TAKE ACTION.
And sometimes, we all need a little reminder to take action. We all need a little reminder to stop making excuses… and start getting things done.
So I want you to watch this video. Because this video features a man with no arms, no legs… and no excuses.
Take four minutes to watch this video. Then look at yourself in the mirror and make up your mind to stop making excuses and start taking action.

This is the kind of video that wakes you up and shakes you real good. I have seen this gentleman before and every time I see him it makes me focus on how great God is. Thanks Russ; this young man is awsome. It made me feel better to watch this video. You see I’m 59 years old and I haven’t worked for the last 5 years; I was initially sick, off ofor 6 months, then released to work. As I was waiting for an assignment, a family member had the first of 3 strokes. I stayed off to assist him with speaking, etc; he died. My mother and aunt are 80 and 77 and both sick and disabled. I help them too. I lost my health coverage and now my house is in foreclosure. I am too ill with multiple ailments to work any longer and I am very depressed. Not being able to go back to my career of 25 years made me feel useless.
This video showed me no matter what my limitations, I can still contribute to society, even in small ways; just by being myself.

Russ, This story hit me so strong and so hard.
I ordered your program last December and every time I pick it up to get started I read the materials and I start to question my abilities and skills after being a stay at home Mom for 13 years. I have been through a horrible 2 year divorce and now I am raising 3 children on my own.
I need to be there for my children and I need a way to support us w/o worrying about whether I will or won’t get child support this month or not.
This video is just what I needed to hear.
It talks to the heart of things and hit on some REAL feelings.
I would have never expected to be 46 and single again……… and feeling like I need to look like I did when I was 20 to get a date.
I love when he says he can hold his wifes hand with his heart.
It is so true…..what we feel in our hearts can give us the strength and ability to do whatever we want to do.

Day in and day out I have a tendency to avoid the more important things and allow interruptions to take over. Regardless of how many things I have going, I need to prioritize and keep asking for inter-strength to get things done without excuses. I can’t imagine what he deals with everyday. Dear Russ, I met you at the Triple Crown Event this past weekend, and it was wonderful, but compared to this young gentleman it cnat compare to his determination , I am 71 years old, a widow in feer of loosing my home ,but after seeing this I have new inspirarion and hope. Russ, My Grandmother always told us the Good Lord never give you more than you can handle. I have used that saying all of my life and at 74 it makes me wounder some time and after seeing this video of Nick I know I will succeed. I tried to keep a positive attitude and you always seem to come up with something more to help me see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Just wanted to say the video is awe inspiring. But there,s another story. In 1984 I was in Las Vegas for a pool tounament and was out for a stroll on the main drag. As we past in front of the Holidayinn casceno, there was a man sitting on the sidewalk selling pencils. The temp. was about 102 degrees and this man was sitting on a piece of leather that had been fitted to make a seat. The reason i,m telling you this is the man had no arms and no legs. A few years later I lost my good paying job, went through a divorce,and my kids grewup and went out on there own. The next few years were pretty lousey and sometimes I would get down, but everytime I thought of that guy sitting their selling pencils in the heat It would change my whole outlook toward life. I hope this makes some sense to those who think It can,t get worse.

She had no arms and she rote books with her feet for a living.And she talked two people two and toiled them the same thing.We shooed Be blessed we have all aw,here tools two work with.Now I,m redy!

Thanks Russ I needed to see that no arms no legs no excuses, for too long I found many reasons not to do what’s needed to better myself that was to do nothing at all, go to work come home watch TV, eat, shower and bed. I will change that and better myself, help others, and never make excuses life is too short not to have and do your best.

This video is exactly the kind of thing that I needed to be reminded of. I honestly got so involved in my lookin at so many things that are difficult and worrying or even angry at not getting it. What this reminded me of was that even if things may not as be you desired, you still have things to be thankful for and it’s because of those things that you still go forward and I appreciate friends like yourself Russ because you are always there and once again you have proven that you are constant in caring and helping anyone as long as they want it. I have a sister who had polio when she was 8 years old, and she never gave up, we went horseback riding togather danced togather, and she had to swing her left leg to move it.

a Chamber of Commerce meeting, took calling cards to the title company in town, some lawyers and a real estate office. While I was
there I explained what I do. I passed out cards at the C of C meeting.

I was served foreclosure papers this morning! Opened your e-mail and watched the video, want an amazing person, God has truly blessed him! God works in ways we never think of, it looks like he is trying to show me a path. I opened a property management/nightly rental business last month and it’s coming along good, but slowly. So my income has been zilch for the past three to four months, I will see a small amount of income over the next couple of months, but it’s been a long “dry” financial road.
I ordered your product three years ago, went to the court house and mailed out some letters but never heard from any of them. So, I stuck it in the closest which is where it sets today. I have been thinking about the note business more and more, after watching your video this morning It’s time to give your office a call and get off my butt with the note business!

I ‘ve seen this guy in person for several times and every time I see him is just amazing how deep he can get into your heart. He is one of the reason a made lots of changes in my life and my whole family did including my 6 yrs old doughter, I really recomend to everybody if they the chance to meet him in person to do so, after that everything will changed.

Before I looked at my email tonight I was at the store getting some office supplies. Something in the back of my mind keeps telling me “it has to come about, it has to come about” like you said in one of the first video’s I watched. I haven’t applied myself like I promised I would so today was the day that I decided “I have to get a deal in the works, it has to come about”. To see this video reinforced that there are no excuses for putting this off any longer. I’m going to be busy now! Thanks for sharing with all of us. That was truly inspiring.

Russ; We are fully committed to never ever quitting and very determined to reach our goals. The video was very inspiring, which pushes us to work that much harder. Have no way to commit to your invitation, because of not having the funds to pay for invitations, yet!We have gotten all of your emails, and always read every word. Always take notes on everything you send. Not having any money, no saving, no one to even borrow it from. Have some leads, we’re working on them right now to get a few note deals on the way. So there will be no excuses not to except any invitations. Have come entirely to far to give up now, or even turn back!! God will show us the way. God Bless you and yours. Russ, his energy and desire to move forward is remarkable. It is fed by the endless support that he has been extended. The thing that stands out in my mind is his ability to recognize the support and his determination to use it and take advantage of it!
In turn it has landed him in a place he otherwise may not have known existed.
But truly, it is obvious a fire burns in his heart and can not be put out and like him, we all need to have the desire to succeed.
So keep giving us your support so we too can take advantage of it.

Wow! I am truly amazed at how Nick V. is touching people’s lives. I’ve seen him through evangelistic “eyes” because Nick travels around the world. He is quite frank and honest that it’s God/Jesus Christ who has been leading him and motivating him. Nick went to a middle eastern country who “blocks” christianity…but God opened the doors and Nick ministered to so many hungry and hurting muslims by showing them that God can use “ANYONE” in any condition as long as they are open to God’s guidance and love. I know God ministered to me through Nick and his boldness towards live and what God has to offer. I’m not giving up this cash note business, but I’m still very much involved in a different path. I did review Craig’s list in my area and found some leads….

I’m greatful that you invited me to see this video. I was in tears here’s a man with no legs and no arms. And was doing everything he wanted to do. It seem to me that he did have arms and legs.
I work 12 hours a day and have been going to the County courthouse to pull names when I can. I’m getting things set up to make sure that I have the right documents to that’s required for me to start this business. But neither the less no more excuses. If Nick could do all the things he wanted to do why can’t I?
Please! don’t give up on me. I am and will be rich the note business. I will be standing their on TV with you telling my family and friends that your program really work.

I was in a pick-up wreck in 1991 and it cause me to be disable I thought I was in bad shape and couldn’t do anything to earn money to support my family. I was just about to give up when I seen this video. I realize that I’ll not the only one that has problems. and I do have arms & legs but still was about to give up. I want to first thank God and then thank you for not giving up. You was a light that I was needed to keep going forwarded. Thanks again Woodie

After veiwing this myself, I went outside to get a teen-age boy who is mowing lawn etc. for us.
He was quite moved after seeing it and felt that he was truly gifted—so do I. I am extremely blessed to be given a strong body and a blessed life.

I thank God and I thank you Russ. Seeing this video on Nick realy touched my heart and soul and made me realized how lucky I am. I have been procrastinating with this course for over a year. Finding every excuse to start tomorrow which never comes. Nick has given me inspiration and with God’s will I intend to get to work on my cash flow business. You try so hard to help and now it’s my turn prove you right.

Remembering Nick’s story from TV; his story forever stays in my mind. Some of us are challenged with different things to deal with. It sure makes us appreciate what we have. That our story is not as bad as Nick’s. Whatever I have had to struggle through, I think of Nick. Glory be to God.

Russ, I have recently had a heart attack. I was in ICU for 15 days. They were not sure if I would make it, but I never lost faith in GOD.
Reading Nick’s gave me more hope than ever. I know that I will walk in time & get out of my wheelchair. He inspires me a lot & thank you for bringing his story to all of us.GOD BLESS YOU!

I am here to encourage you to never lose faith. I had a heart attack in 2002 (I actually flat lined on the table) A doctor came out of nowhere & rush my dead body to a heart cath lab & brought me back.
After the doctor brought me back I still had only 1% chance of leaving the hospital. Here I am today, giving thanks every day for another chance to be a service to others.
Yes,God works in misterious ways.

My question is, I called your office and was informed that a “Note” was between two people, not the bank or any finance company. It was when a seller sale his or her home and the person default on the load, now that’s a “Note” on google alert I haven’t seen a “note” between two people as of yet, so I ask your person about Trailers and foreclosure, they are not between two people.
Sir, train me on what is an “cashflow ‘Note’ and I bet you I will fine them in the Maryland area. I would have looked pass this sign because your office has me looking another way. God bless you for all you do.

To answer your question about that for sale by owner, I have also found two for sale by owner in my area and this is what I intend to do. First get their name and phone# also web sight if applicable, then give them a call, tell them what I do and how I can help them and that would be, if they finance the buyer I would be able to purchase their private trust deed in a very short time.
